- Construction contracting out and checking
- Construction and maintenance of facilities including elevators, drinking fountain, air-condition system, barrier-free facilities, fire fighting equipment, power supply, water supply, broadcasting system, telecom equipment, power generator, sewage motor, rain-recycle system, sewage disposal pool and civil engineering
- Promoting energy-saving project in campus
- Reporting efficiency of energy-saving
- Reporting building safety in campus
- Analyzing water and power fee statistics
- Reporting sewage routine waste
- Emergency response duties during off-work hours and holidays
