Office of General Affairs
The General Affairs Office includes seven sections: Documents and File Section, General Services Section, Property Management Section, Procurement Section, Construction and Maintenance Section, Environmental Protection Safety and Health Section and Cashier Section.
We provide services about the jobs related to general affairs in campus such as land and building management, mail management and lamp repair. We devote to maintain campus safety, to green up campus and to promote barrier-free environment. We hold the spirit and belief to offer the best services to teachers, students, staffs and the visitors come to our college.
